FEED Line Feed Machines

INTERTECH is expanding its offering with a new line of FEED Line feed machines-machines designed for precise preparation and application of TMR to dairy farms with various production scales. From compact single-screw models to powerful three-screw trolleys for large farms, FEED Line is the answer to the real needs of manufacturers: a homogeneous dose, shorter mixing time, lower energy consumption and a design that is ready for everyday use.

The new line includes cars with a capacity from 6 to 44 m3, divided into three series:

S Series-6-14 m3 single-screw trolleys
compact machines for small and medium-sized farms, old cowsheds, low entrances and narrow feed corridors. This is a good choice where maneuverability, ease of operation and low power requirements are important – starting from just 35 hp.

Series D-twin screw trolleys 16-28 m3
are the solution for farms that need more productivity and precise mixing of the dose over the entire basket volume. Thanks to two vertical augers, the possibility of using unloading belts and equipment that supports feed accuracy, the D-series will work well in modern cowsheds and farms planning development.

T series-36-44 m3 three-screw wagons
the largest FEED Line models are designed for large-sized farms and farms where the maximum capacity is calculated for one mixing cycle. Three vertical snails allow you to prepare a complete TMR for a large herd without compromise.

Each FEED Line machine is based on a vertical screw with a fine spiral geometry, made of sheet metal with a thickness of 20 mm. Its function is to quickly and evenly mix the feed while maintaining the fiber structure. This is important because a well-prepared TMR restricts dose sorting by cows and helps maintain the repeated nutritional value of each serving. Properly selected gear ratios guarantee perfect cutting, mixing and limit feed lag on the auger-structure + homogeneity = increased milk supply.

As standard, FEED Line trolleys use the robust S355 steel structure. The basket walls are 8 mm thick, and the bottom and augers are 20 mm thick. All parts are laser-cut, which means precision manufacturing and machine durability. The feed machine is one of the few machines on the farm that must work 365 days a year, often several times a day. We are well aware of this, so we rely on quality without compromise. The latest technologies, laser cutting components with the highest precision and components from well-known suppliers are our definition of reliability. Much attention was also paid to the possibility of adapting the car to a specific shed. The height and position of the unloading windows, the configuration of the unloading belts, the weight system, the readings in the app, additional Star knives or the axis system – all can be selected according to the way the farm works, the width of the feed table, the direction of movement and the size of the herd.
